How to Claim
It's fast and easy to make a claim with BCAA Pet Insurance. Just follow the simple steps below.
Step One: Download your claim form
Download and print your claim form. If you are unable to print a form, contact us and we will send a claim form to you.
Step Two: Fill out the policy owner section
Fill in your (and your pet's) personal information in Part 1 of the claim form. Be sure to sign your name in the space provided.
Step Three: Take your form to your veterinarian
Have your veterinarian fill in part 2 of the claim form. Make sure your veterinarian includes his/her practice stamp & signature.
Step Four: Attach your receipts & mail your form
Be sure to attach your receipts to your completed claim form & mail them to:

Step Five: Watch for your reimbursement
Our quick claims department will process your claim in about 5 days of receiving all of your completed paperwork - you will have your cheque before you know it!
