There is an annual deductible of $100 for the Intermediate and Luxury Plans. The Compact Plan has a $50 per incident deductible.

A health card is not needed when you take your pet to the vet. You are reimbursed for the treatment your pet receives and claim forms are available at your veterinary office or online here.
We process complete claims in an average of 5 business days. Depending on your preference, we will either mail you a claim cheque, or deposit the claim directly to your bank account! Don’t forget to send all itemized invoices along with your claim form.
