What is the deductible?

There is an annual deductible for the Intermediate and Luxury Plans. The Compact Plan has a deductible per incident.
Although your deductible will increase as your pet ages, your monthly premium will never increase due to the age of your pet or due to your claiming history.

Will you discontinue coverage when my pet gets older?

CAA pet insurance will provide lifelong coverage as long as your premiums are up to date. Health care costs increase as your pet ages; to account for this, your annual deductible will follow the aging chart provided in our Policy Wordings.

A health card is not needed when you take your pet to the vet. You are reimbursed for the treatment your pet receives and claim forms are available at your veterinary office or online here.
